企业参会须同时满足以下三个条件
To be eligible for attending fair, enterprises must satisfy the following criteria:

凡2010年10月8日-10月15日期间新办服务的企业。
Enterprises which open online recruitment account during October 8-15, 2010.
且办理的网络招聘服务金额至少需达2000元以上。
Expenses of online recruitment service at least reach to 2000RMB.
网络招聘会期间企业需同时发布至少一条涉外职位。
Enterprises need to post at least one foreign-related jobs during job fair time.
备注：涉外职位，这里指职位要求英语水平优秀以上,或其它外语水平在良好以上即可
Remark: foreign-related jobs, here refer to jobs which require excellent english level or above,
