职责和要求
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing processing centre and to be at the heart of Trade Finance activities in APAC. We have multiple opportunities available within the team and these roles will enable you to be part of our investment in offering the best service to our customers. Being part of this large team can potentially provide a path for long term career opportunities within this area too.
Responsibilities:
1、Processing Import/Export Trade data in an efficient manner
2、follow up with any irregular case, maintain a high quality of work
3、Attention to detail is important to spot attempted fraud
4、ensure compliance with internal policy and/or local regulatory requirements.
5、Responsible for achieving the standard of the Quality Management System in line with requirements in processing turnaround time.
6、Process import/export bills documents and apply knowledge of commercial law/government regulations, e.g. OFAC, UCP600, URC522
Requirements:
1、University graduate or equivalent, preferably within Finance or Business
2、Good communication skills and fluent in both spoken and written English.
3、Good command of Mandarin and Cantonese.
4、Understanding or exposure to UCP600, ISBP , AML procedures and KYC.
5、Customer focused, proactive and service oriented.
6、Good team player and willing to learn
7、Trade experience, experience in documentary credit processing an advantage
8、Detail--conscious , well--organized, self--motivated, willing to work under time deadlines, ability to manage a variety of responsibilities and prioritize effectively
9、Strong sense of responsibilities and ability to work independently as well as interact effectively with the team
