Initiate actions and practices to improve hiring efficiency, promote employer branding, candidate experience and engagement.

A bachelor degree or above with 1+ years of working experience in staffing or consulting area
Strong Interest in people-oriented work, smart and self-motivated
Able to analyze, prioritize, articulate and communicate well
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently
