职责和要求

职责描述：
1. Perform  the tests according to the test plan and test standards under supervision of  the Lab Manager.  
   按照测试计划和标准要求，负责电磁兼容的日常测试工作。
2. Manage  and controls testing lead time and testing quality, reports to Lab Manager on  status.
   管控测试周期和测试质量。
3. Implement  the environment and equipment maintenance, equipment calibration and  intermediate check if necessary.  
   测试环境和设备维护，设备校准以及期间核查如有需要。
4. Complete  training according to training plan.
   依照培训计划完成培训。
5. Performs  ad-hoc assignment as required.
   根据需要完成其它指派的任务。
任职要求：
1. College or Bachelor Degree holder in  Electric, Electronic Engineering or related discipline;
   大专或者大学本科学历，相关电子专业。
2. Experience in testing industry is an  advantage but not mandatory;
  有电磁兼容测试领域经验者优先考虑。
3. Good understanding on EMC tests or related  Radio / Electric Units;
    对电磁兼容测试有一定的了解。
4. Good command of English, able to read  relevant technical materials in English;
    具备良好的英文基础，能够阅读相关英文技术资料。
5. Task-oriented and team player;                                                                                        
   责任心强，积极上进，有很好的团队意识。
