职责和要求

Organic Chemist/Senior Organic Chemist
Takes responsibility of project management and execution, technical issue identification and resolution and on-time delivery of service and product as customer's demand. Will act as technical expert or leader in the cross-functional project team to make the project success.
计划，准备以及执行分配的项目，确保项目在计划的时间和预算内完成。
识别潜在的技术和项目问题，并且能够高效、全面地设计、执行实验计划以解决问题。总结在项目执行过程中获得的工艺和项目知识，并能够充实团队的知识库。
根据需要，与领导和客户沟通，汇报项目进展以及存在的问题。根据项目要求，用中文或英文完成研究报告和技术文件，确保报告和文件的质量，并按时交付客户。
按照部门5S的要求，做好实验室责任区以及实验设备的日常清洁与维护。
Requirements:
Master or Above, consider to make an exception for excellent bachelor, preferred study area in synthetic Organic Chemistry
More than 3 years' experience of process development and scale-up for Master degree
Project management experience is preferred.
Work experience in cross-functional team is preferred.
