South Guangzhou Rental Center of Human Resources(SGRCHR) is established by South China Market of Human Resources (SCMHR is joined by the State Ministry of Personnel and Guangzhou government, and is a regional human resource market managed by the Guangzhou Personnel Bureau) on November 2001. SGRCHR is specialized in employee leasing and HR service for foreign enterprise employees in Mainland China. In order to adapt to China's entry into WTo, SCMHR set up SGRCHR to offer international HR service and SGRCHR became the first profession HR service company that was officially registered in Guangzhou, mainly involving in employee leasing while having independent corporation identity. SGRCHR was granted the title of "Trustworthy, Honest and Law-abiding Enterprise" by Guangdong Administration of Industry and Commerce in 2003. We pursue management innovation and profession service.
